Looking for new server and computers

I've been thinking about getting a new server for some time.   I'm 
entertaining offers for a new server and wanted to know if anyone here 
had some suggestions.

Here are some of the requirements:
RAID array with a spare drive (Mirrored, at least--possibly 
striped)--Controller should allow for on the fly upgrades and hot swappable
Centos 6
Samba configured
Prefer dual power supply

We are also going to be looking for some 12-15 desktop PCs with Win 8 Pro.
