OT: Office building equipment replacement

OK, got notice from one of my client's that Lightpath is replacing their equipment in their office building tonight.  They are starting at 6PM and have advised that there will be no internet service for 20 to 30 minutes.

How many of you think this is accurate. ( No I don't know what equipment is being replaced).

This is an office building with 40 offices on 4 floors.  It could be twice that if this equipment services both buildings as the share a common lobby.
