Yes, but there's a pitfall somewhere about starting .htm or .html files,
just so people are aware.  I ran into that a long, long time ago, and the
trick for that was to rely on iexplore.  Everything else seems fine with
start.  I can't remember what the pitfall was, only that it exists when
doing it from system().
