Can the mailing list accept images/pdf?

If you run your *clerk process (possibly substituting a null process w/o any processing) on a screen w/o any must-fill fields, and save that supposedly blank, you could then find that record and view its contents.  If the record # is not shown on the screen you could temporarily add it to help locate it, then view its actual field contents.

Alternately, you could add a record with the debugger on, save the record, then use the debugger display field to verify if the field is empty or contains corrupted data.
