Can the mailing list accept images/pdf?

Hi all 
In hind sight I should have just posted like this to start with.

Please have a look at this image.

This is happening after the record saves and FP returns with what should be
a blank record.

I have a issue that an image best explains.

After a record is saved and fp return to new record screen the field that
should be blank are filled with garble. 

Has anyone seen that before.
