Report underline

Ken,

I checked for the *

That code is beyond the form width which is 96. Printing with a 12 pitch font. 

Using a standard Jim Asman print table. 

As I indicated, I expanded the width to 255 and that code did not appear. Returned to 96 an printed the report with the same code appearing. 

I may have to try coping this report or recreating it to see if I can get rid of the stray print code.
