disable ESC & Del keys

In both *clerk's help (5.0) and fptech's online manual, it looks like 
the syntax shown is correct, just that the expression you show used in 
the note is merely a shorthand for "when SAVE/ESCAPE is OFF".

I keep checking, but alas, Joseph Enterprises, Inc. still has not 
integrated with filepro to assist with these functions.
