Then you have at least two more options.
1) Export from filePro as a fixed format file and import as same in to Excel
2) Install SQL Server Express and setup a SSIS package to read your filePro
data as flat files and allow Excel to access the data somewhat natively (ala
ODBC or ADO) and of course this is a lot of work
3) Write your export to put the data into XML format which was developed in
part to eliminate this type of problem
4) translate your quote marks into the work inches before exporting
