Preventing use of the "X" to close an fp application

I recall the Ken advised some years ago that there was no way to eliminate the <X> box.

I wrote a program the is used bat the guard gate to our community that is running on an XP machine in Kiosk mode.  Filepro starts a full screen and when the program closes, the computer is shutdown.  The guards never see a windows desktop.

I also deleted program options just in case the guard does find the desktop.  This machine does not have internet access so there isn't too much he can do.  No games or other programs available.

The shutdown command is the last line of the startup file.

One thing I did find, shutdown doesn't work if the user is not an administrator except in kiosk mode.  I am not sure if this is different with Windows 7.
