Preventing use of the "X" to close an fP application

There is no official way of disabling the "X" in a console window that I an 
aware of.  However, filePro does handle the notification that Windows sends 
to console apps, and treats it similarly to the *nix Ctrl-\ (SIGQUIT) 
signal, and exits cleanly.
