Preventing use of the "X" to close an fP application

I do this with AnzioWin by putting it into kiosk mode using the /K:97 parameters.  Works great from preventing the users from just closing the window.

I seem to remember postings from a number of years ago, modifications that could be made within Windows, to prevent a user from exiting an fP application (Windows) via clicking the "X" in the upper right corner of the application window.  I believe there was some modification which caused the "X" to not be displayed.  Anyone remember same?
