Drive Serial Number Problem

Hi Filepro Guys,

There is a problem with Filepro that just showed up.The problem is that
FPtech is using the eight character serial number of the hard drive to
be able to run Filepro.

I am also using XXClone to copy my C drive to Two Other Drives. That
means that I can boot from three different drives.

I have had a problem the last two or three days, where the icons
disappear from the monitor. The problem could be the drive or the power
supply.I am trying to discover the reason for this problem.

It first looked like the problem was the C drive, but now I am using the
D drive as the C drive, and just had the icons disappear. So, it looks
like the power supply is the problem.Guess I will purchase a power
supply and see if that fixes the problem.

As I said, I have three drives that can operate a the C drive, and I
have been changing disk drives to the C drive to discover what is
causing my problem. But, every time I change the C drive to another drive
I lose Filepro.

Can I use more than one drive serial number to use Filepro? If not,
what should I do. Today FPTech send me a new license to use Filepro,
and they said in the email the following:

"Our policy is not to do this more than once or twice a year. Somehow
you need to resolve your hardware issues so that this does not keep
happening."
