Centos .screenrc and filepro

The issue is the environment being populated from screen with a TERMCAP
entry.
If I `unset TERMCAP` everything works as expected -- with the exception of
color. I can live without color for this.
If I can eliminate the 'unset' requirement it would be perfect ... but it's
at least workable now.
