Printing issues

As the author of Print Wizard, I'll respond.

The link you cite brings up what is apparently a scan of a printout. Can 
you please email me (privately, or it'll get stripped) the original PDF?

Are you printing this PDF with Adobe Reader, or Acrobat, or ???

As a general answer, problems like this can happen when the wrong font 
gets used by the printer. You might think that it would come out with 
right characters but the wrong style in that case. But characters within 
an embedded font are often referenced by their index location in the font, 
not by their character value (ASCII, etc.). So that is not portable across 
fonts.
