PFTOKSIZE not being set from configuration file

If you start a command prompt and see PFTOKSIZE, it is because the system 
has been configured, outside of filePro, to set it upon login.  The filePro 
config file has zero effect on environment variables.  (And environment 
variables override config file variables.)
