Who needs the Menu-Maestro manual?

I have in my hot little hands a Genix Menu-Maestro manual, copyright 1990 by
people whom (to the best of my knowledge) no one has ever been able to locate.

I propose, shortly, to violate that copyright rather thoroughly, and take the
damn thing apart and scan it to PDF.

Unless the copyright holders pop up and tell me not to (at which point we 
will know where they are and can wave money in their faces to sell us the 
source code :-).

If anyone here could use a copy of that manual, email me off-list; the more
replies I get, the faster it will get done.
