Win 7 64bit Disguises filepro errors

I have been getting that same error on my system with 5.7.
One thing that has cleared up the problem was to run a registry repair
program such as "RegZooka".
I still get the error is I try to open any *.exe quickly after closing or
exiting the program. If I wait for a short time and then try the option
again, the program works fine.
I haven't been able to track down what is causing this problem but it might
be a problem with the license manager as the programs are actually timing
out.
