Syntax error... in the wrong place

Apparently, it is a *syntax error* to have two IMPORT ASCII tag statements
in the same table with the same tag.  I'm not sure I approve of that.

But I guess I'll just have the sender turn off the column headers.

Now, on to.... but wait!

There's *another* silly syntax error:
