I don't know for sure but I doubt if there is a version for AIX.  I seem to
remember there were different versions for Unix and Linux

What OS are you on?
I am not sure if it is available for Windows as I have only ever seen it for
*nix systems.
>From memory it is a binary written by Ken Brody many years back. There are a
couple of wrappers for it that apparently take the output and do some other
stuff like convert the PID of the process with the lock back to a user and
other things.

It does not show "WHO LOCKED THE FILE!".

It shows what process has the RECORD LOCKED.

Your operating system is in charge of what user is associated with that
process.
