Dennis,

What OS are you on?

I am not sure if it is available for Windows as I have only ever seen it
for *nix systems.

>From memory it is a binary written by Ken Brody many years back. There are
a couple of wrappers for it that apparently take the output and do some
other stuff like convert the PID of the process with the lock back to a
user and other things.
