filePro supports PCL 3 (but not "PCL 3 GUI").
If it's sitting in the queue, then the problem is unrelated to whether the
language is supported. (If you had one of those dumb "host based" printers,
Windows would send the data to the printer, and clear the queue, but nothing
would print anyway.) Try printing from some other program, such as a line
of text in notepad, and that should get "stuck" in the queue as well.
Since you're remote, you'll need someone local to help diagnose the problem.
(It could be as simple as the printer being off, or out of paper.)
