filePro and Windows

My workstation is running windows 7 pro.

I have on occasion had a problem opening more than one session.  I would open one or two sessions and then when I went to open a third session, I would click on the icon, it would flash and then nothing.  I had to close the sessions I had open.

Today, this happened when I had no sessions open but had close all of them down and restarting them.  When this happened, I added a pause in the startup file just after the command to run the menu.  I then could see the Windows error message.

"could not run program as it is use by another process" 

Does anyone know what would cause this error message?
