rename a file in filePro utilities menu

Was the new "/appl/filepro/test2" directory created?  What are the 
permissions/ownership on it?  Did any files get moved to it?

What are the permissions/ownership on "/appl/filepro"?  What about 
".../fp/fpcopy" and ".../fp/lib/rename"?
