Print table error message

I had a call from one of my clients advising one of his clerks was receiving a filePro error message;

Windows server 2008
RDP
Windows 7 
FilePro 5.6.10

Print table not found for the default printer.

All users use the same batch file when logging in.  Other users were not having this problem.

filePro clerk sessions ran without a problem.  The form to be printed is selected using filePro <F>orm key in IUA.

Any ideas why this error would occur?

The print job did print to the printer after a while.
