FPCGI2.0 issues

After installing MP5 on openserver 5.0.7, which upgrades the version of
apache from 1.3.23 to version 1.3.36, I installed FPCGI 2.0.
I've installed this at least 5 other times, and I've verified to the
best of my abilities the proper permissions of the relevant files.
The problem I have is the flat text file gets created properly, but the
htm file gets created with zero bytes in the file and the usergets a
blank page as a result. All the permissions on the output files are
correct, as well as the configuration files. At least they are the same
in all other servers that have the same software. There are no changes
in the filepro processing from fpcgivers1 to 2. The fpcgi debug files
show no errors because the files exists. When I run rreport from the
command line using the txt filethat gets created (as suggested in the
troubleshooting section of the guide), the htm file gets created, and I
can then view the file, but normal output processing does not work. I
don't know how to capture the reason the blank file gets created.
If someone had a suggestion, I would appreciate it. I'm out of ideas.
Thanks,
John
