Yes we have to use the virtual because of the version of our ERP
software.  You are correct, fp runs fine on Win 7.

Is there any reason you're using XP virtual mode?  filePro doesn't need
it.

If you define the printer within Windows, then "WIN:printername" should
suffice.  (Another option would be "WIN:\\server\printer".)  As long as
Windows knows where the printer is, and can access it, filePro doesn't
care about its physical location.
