Printing local using VPN

We have filePro ODBC (16 user) 5.0.15R9
We are relocating to our new plant during the next 2 months. Different departments will move on seperate weeks. Some of the users of fp will be at the old location for 8 weeks after we start the move. Those users will access fp on our servers at the new location via VPN.
Our question...
After out inital test, filePro comes up and runs with out any problem. Workstations at both ends run Win7 using the XP Virutal mode.
All fp programs, data and the user's batch files are located on the server. The user remote accesses a local workstation at the new location and runs the shortcut to their respective batch file.
How to we set up the printers to run from each users workstation at the old location? Note: each user has their own printer attached locally.
If the printer is defined in the Windows virtual XP with a printer name can we just define the printer in fp using the WIN:[workstation name], [printer name]?
Thank you in advance
