License Error - Windows

I am trying to get the license manager to work across the Windows network
and need some assistance. This is my first attempt at using both filePro
on Windows and the license manager.

Both machines are Windows 7 Professional. Everything works on the "server"
side. I opened up port 6556 on both machines (inbound and outbound). I am
able to telnet to port 6556 from the localhost and from the remote
workstation.

Here is my modified workstation batch file:

set FPLM=10.0.0.51:6556
set PATH=C:\windows\system32
set PFDSK=P
set PFDATA=P:
set PFPROG=P:\appl
set PFDIR=\appl
set PFMENU=P:\appl\fp\menus
set PFGLOB=
set PFCONFIG=
set PFCMARK=30
set PATH=%pfprog%;%PFPROG%\fp;%path%
echo stuff > fp$$$$$$.bat
del fp$$*.bat>NUL
%pfprog%\fp\p.exe

The error I'm getting is "Unable to connect to license server. License
Error. Refer to license documentation for more details." Of course, I
cannot seem to locate any documentation that covers that error. I followed
the instructions that came with the download. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thank you,

Dan
