Looping report

Windows 7 and  filepro 5.0.9

A client called me today to say he was having trouble printing a report
which has worked fine since 1994.

He tells me that after 18 pages print, the report restarts and if he let it
go, would just keep looping.

I checked the code and there is nowhere the a reset occurs.  I checked the
print codes, as he purchased a new printer in November, and the report
printed without a problem.

Any suggestions as to what might be causing this problem?
