JP and the mailing list -- "reply all" behavior

In my .muttrc I have

	source /usr/local/lib/MuttLists

and some typical entries in the MuttLists file are:

	subscribe alpha   FilePro Alpha List <alpha at fptech.com>
	subscribe filepro FilePro List <filepro-list at lists.celestial.com>
	subscribe hylafax Hylafax Users <hylafax-users at hylafax.org>
	subscribe mutt    Mutt Developers <mutt-dev at mutt.org>
	subscribe tlist   Taylor UUCP list <taylor-uucp at lists.cirr.com>
