Does anyone on-list have extensive XML knowledge?
I may have a contract job for someone - we are trying to build an import
routine on XML that gets produced by a maintained schema, etc....
It's not as simple as just simple mapping of XML file -- the XML files
won't have the same exact layouts...i.e.  some records will have more
elements/attributes than others.....
