prevent deletion working erratically

Am I correct in assuming that you get the usual filePro prompt of "A Record 
Deletion Has Been Requested - Confirm (Y/N)"?

If you use fpcopy to make a copy of the file, does it still fail to prevent 
the record deletion?  In that copy, delete all processing, output formats, 
and everything else other than the map/key/data and the screen in question. 
  Verify in dscreen that the screen does, in fact, have that flag set.  Does 
it still fail?

If so, contact fpsupport and arrange to send the file.

If not, at which point did it start working?
