All of the Windows versions of filePro work just fine in 64-bit Windows 8. 
All of the DOS versions, AFAIK, still run on 32-bit Windows.  (I verified 
this on Windows 7.  I do not have access to a 32-bit Windows 8 box.)

I even posted a screenshot with filePro 1.2 and 3.0 (along with 5.6) when 
rumors were flying that Vista dropped MS-DOS and console app support:
