AnzioWin, Anzio Lite 17 released

We are proud to announce the release and immediate availability of version 17 
of AnzioWin and Anzio Lite. Please read the following carefully for details 
that affect you.

WHAT'S NEW: In addition to numerous bug fixes, optimizations, 
changes for compatibility, and so forth, this release brings some important 
enhancements for Anzio Lite, and numerous enhancements for AnzioWin.

For both Anzio Lite and AnzioWin:

    1) IPv6 support. We add support for this expanded Internet Protocol. 
Requires no change to little change to operate, once your infrastructure allows 
IPv6.

    2) For multitouch screens, we offer sizing and moving the main Anzio Window.

    3) For large screens, we offer up to 1000 columns of text.

    4) For small screens, user can control sizing of toolbuttons, etc., for 
easier touch. Also a screen magnifier.

    5) For keyboardless units (Windows tablets, etc.) we can control on-screen 
keyboard position. Also, the Anzio window can slide around to keep the input 
area visible.

    6) For mobile users and others, wireless network connection awareness.

    7) It's now easier to have Anzio remember and automate your login and 
password.

    8) Support for thumbnail of screen image in the Vista and later toolbar. 
With multiple sessions open, you can more easily pick and choose.

In AnzioWin Only:

    9) Enhancement and easier setup of SSH backchannel printing.

   10) In various printing scenarios, automatic file type detection.

   11) Numerous improvements in the floating image window capability allow more 
uses of AnzioWin as an image-enabled application client. Images and documents 
in this viewer can be zoomed and panned by multitouch or mouse. A popup menu 
allows printing, opening the document externally, etc. There is support for 
video and also playlists, with multiple options. All operations can be scripted 
from the host.

   12) Support for location reporting in PC's with GPS.

In AnzioWin's Print Wizard feature set:

   13) Pan and zoom in the Print Preview window.

   14) View and print PDF files inside AnzioWin.

   15) Use almost any PDF as an overlay.

   16) Okidata, Epson, and IBM Microline printer emulation.

   17) Preview all kinds of print files, including images and PCL files.

   18) Adjust placement of overlay and main file before printing.

   19) Output smaller, more efficient PDF files.

   20) Email through Outlook now supports 2010 and 2013 vesions.

   21) Masking - blocking certain areas from printing, prompt for inputs, etc.

   22) Sign a document on-screen, create a new output PDF, achieve paperless 
document signing.

   23) Virtually all core enhancements in freestanding Print Wizard product up 
through its version 4.1.

RECENT PURCHASES: If you or a customer have purchased version 16 on or after 
July 1, 2013, we will offer a free update to version 17. This offer expires

GENERAL UPDATES: Other users of ANY version of Anzio Lite or AnzioWin can 
update to version 17 (of the same program) at a special price. See our pricing 
page for details.

UPGRADES (Lite to Win): Users can upgrade a license for Anzio Lite to AnzioWin. 
Contact us for details.

PRIVATE LICENSE VERSIONS: If you have previously had us create for you and your 
customers a private label version (a version with your name on it and 
customized features), we can do that process again. Or, if you've never had it 
done but might like to, we can do that. Contact James Chin for details.

LICENSE DURATION: A license for version 17 will be valid for 17.x; that is, 
until a major release might come out.

WINDOWS VERSION SUPPORT: We don't support versions earlier than 16.2 on Windows 
Vista or later. We don't support any version on versions of Windows earlier 
than XP (and Server 2003). But note that XP and 2003 will not be supported by 
Microsoft after this coming spring, and we might discontinue support then also. 
We DO support Anzio up through Windows 8.1 and Server 2012, on both 32-bit and 
64-bit systems.

MORE INFORMATION: The file "Readme.txt" that accompanies Anzio downloads, and 
is also available online, contains fine-grained change history and some 
technical details of new features. The file "Howto.txt" contains pointers on 
how to use updated and new features. These files will be expanded, going
