Create the shortcut.

Right click on the shortcut icon and select properties

Select the layout tab and set the height to 25

Select the font tab and select Lucida Console.

Now here's where it gets interesting.  Select the size, this will depend on the screen resolution.

My monitors are set to 1920 x 1080 and with a size of 36, the filepro menu does not quite fit the screen but I can easily read it without my glasses.

Currently I run fp much smaller, using raster fonts and 10x18 allowing me to open 4 sessions on one monitor.  I am running duel 23" LED monitors as one large desktop.
