how many users?

Top post: runmenu checks the license but does is not counted as a user. One
can have as many windows open at a filepro menu without affecting the
license count.

On the runtime side, *clerk and *report hit the runtime part of the license
count.

One the development side, as far as I am aware, only *cabe hits the
development part of the license count.

I have a 5 user development license and just opened 6 dscreen sessions
without a problem.
