Question about License manager

p.exe does check the license manager but does not count against the user count. - Windows
I tested this by reming out set PFLMHOST= and starting filePro.
One other aspect of p.exe on 5.7, a splash screen will run once on the computer, at least on Windows. It doesn't matter how many sessions are run, the splash comes up just once.
