Be VERY careful. I believe the 30xx series printers are NOT PCL5 printers
but PCL6 only.
If you have any sophisticated PCL forms, I wouldn't trust anything other
than a real HP printer. I've had a number of customers that find their
allegedly 'HP compatible' printer is really 'sort of HP compatible'. So
there is always the threat the old forms will break on the new printer.
As far as the HP printers go, I wouldn't take anything that isn't PCL5
or doesn't have the full complement of 45 fonts. You may have to dig a
bit on the HP website, but find the specs that contain the info. You can
usually get a live chat on the HP website if you need info on prices and
model numbers.
Also there were some 20xx printers that had a very limited set of fonts.
