convert to ABE=ASCII programmatically?

Is there a way to convert processing tables (using filePro or otherwise)
from the encrypted/binary format to ABE=ASCII format, from the command
line, without going into cabe's editor mode?

If it can't be done under those constraints, can it be done by setting ABE
and then piping keystrokes to stdin, or will it pre-flush stdin like some
programs like to do?  (An old memory says that fP binaries tend to
pre-flush stdin, but I can't remember offhand.)

And if it could only be done the latter way, I'm assuming that particular
thing is a no-go on Windows?

I'd like the most universal solution to the issue that exists, if any
exists.
