I went to some lengths to get the Windows version working this afternoon.
I had to replace my entire perl devkit and roll the perl packager module by
hand.  That's what I get for upgrading perl a while back.  But yeah...it
works on Windows. :)

I even tested whether or not the resultant program runs on Windows 7 Home
Premium - it does.  

I'll be rolling a new version shortly, actually.  JPR had some excellent
feedback.
