@menu in clerk form behavior

Hi Scott,

@menu will not work unless you are on a record.

Put a lookup - r=free -e in the @menu and move your stuff above the @menu.
With the help of a screen that has no updatable fields, you can just use 
a pushkey "U" to get it started.
