Works for me as well.

Note that "ping" is not necessarily a valid test nowadays, since some 
firewalls block ping.  You could try a traceroute ("tracert" on Windows) and 
see where it stops.  (And compare that to a time when you can access the 
website.  I realize you don't have that currently.)

 From here, traceroute makes it all the way to one of the ISP's routers -- 
fiber-bg-01.wcnet.org [64.31.64.205].  I suspect that the next hop is the 
one with the firewall blocking ping.
