Looking for Developers who have worked with the following types of applications

I'm dealing with a Restaurant, Bakery and Catering Service who already 
has an older application written in FilePro that they are basically 
satisfied with. They are going to update from Unix to Linux or, Windows, 
if necessary.

They are looking to add the following features:

1.) RealTime Online Ordering and Order confirmation
2.) Touchscreen
3.) Caller ID to pop up into FilePro and bring up the customer record
       (They need a new phone system for this)
4.) Credit Card Signature Pad, will need to take debit cards also.

We are looking for people that can implement any or all of these feature.
