OT: travel agent

My son's boy scout troop is taking a trip to Philmont Scout Ranch in New 
Mexico next August.  The dates and everything are set, but travel is still 
being planned.  There will be 12 people (2 adults, 10 boys) going.

Time to play our own version of "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon", and find 
someone who can help make the arrangements for travel New York to Denver(*), 
and perhaps bus/van rental for travel between Denver and New Mexico, along 
with some sightseeing.  (They may need only travel arrangements, as the 
ranch handles many troops every year, and there are groups out there that 
cater to their local travel/lodging/sightseeing arrangements.)

(*) There are direct flights between NY and Denver, and allows for some good 
sightseeing between Denver and the ranch.  Flying to a closer airport would 
require layovers and/or switching planes, and eliminate the sightseeing.
