lookup -b option

Odd question to ask after all of these years.

When using the -b option to blank the lookup field if no matching record is
found
	1. does the processing continue
	2. if it does, how does it handle any lookup to that file

A client is using this and there is another lookup to another file which
would use the value that is now blank. I suggested we change the processing
to -nx and add a not filename::14="";end as if the next lookup failed, the
processing would end there.
