System Fields not Populating

Hi all!  

I have FilePro 5.6 running on a Windows Server 2003 SP2.  Just discovered that "Last Updated by" and "First Created By" are not being populated.  


Date of Last Update, Create Date & Current User are all populated.


Since these are system fields I'm at a loss where to start troubleshooting.
