Information on Sockets

Alternately, my Uniclient product will work with the standard fP USER
functionality on any *nix variant, already does logging, doesn't care
about the concept of a license count (all my software is DRM-free), and
requires ABSOLUTELY NO ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS. Uniclient won't act as
server, however. But I only know of about two people that ever made
servers in filePro; most folks seem to just want client functionality.

927 sockets at once to five different types of services on twenty different
machines? If your machine and bandwidth can handle it, not an issue--and
all under one flat, up-front fee of $495. Not just under filePro, either.
Uniclient can also be hooked to shell scripts, other software, etc., all
without any additional fees.

I also just put together an alternate demo processing table and included it
with the product--one which demonstrates the --count feature that lets you
avoid infinitely blocking reads from USER, and I've included it with the
distribution (but not the web page docs).

Oh...and Uniclient does it -NOW-, not at some unspecified time in the future.

You'll never BELIEVE what Bill Randall said here...:
