Dennis,

Permission error indicates that where you were trying to write the form, 
you do not have permission to access.  Remember "filepro" is generating 
the output.  I assume that you are on a *NUX type system.

When I do this I try to make "filepro" and the users belong to the same 
group.  Then the folders where you write should be read write (0775) for 
that group.  If you are going to pick up the file as the user outside of 
filepro, you will have to make sure the file has read write for the 
owner and the group before you leave filepro.  Filepro does not do that 
by default.
