It was probably caused by the free record lookup filling a previously
deleted record in that file

My client called today to say they added a record to one of their files.
This record is created by posting using a lookup free to that file.

There were some errors in the posting of this record.  When I went in to
look at the record, it showed a creation date of 03/14/07.

Anyone have an idea as to how this could have occurred?
