BackupEdge by Microlite and a Synology NAS box on which you setup an FTP
site, and have BackupEdge do your backups to the FTP. Fast, and very
easy to recover a file in seconds.
I use this at several of my clients and never deal with tapes again.
Off site is done to Amazon S3 with BackupEdge, or on a USB HD attached
to the NAS.
